id=\"tab-453ddf729be5689d42c\">\n<p><strong>De quoi s\u2019agit-il<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le groupe de travail \u00ab Orientation vers des donn\u00e9es probantes dans la formation enseignante et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole \u00bb (GT Orientation vers des donn\u00e9es probantes) de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse pour la formation des enseignantes et des enseignants (SSFE) encourage les \u00e9changes au niveau national sur la mani\u00e8re d\u2019aligner encore plus syst\u00e9matiquement la formation des enseignant<strong>\u00b7<\/strong>e<strong>\u00b7<\/strong>s , la pens\u00e9e et l\u2019action professionnelles ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement scolaire sur les connaissances scientifiques et sur des donn\u00e9es issues de la pratique, recueillies et analys\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9flexive.<\/p>\n<p>Nous comprenons l\u2019orientation vers des donn\u00e9es probantes comme la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0mettre en lumi\u00e8re ses propres connaissances pratiques et empiriques,, les informations provenant des coll\u00e8gues, les conditions contextuelles, etc., avec des r\u00e9sultats de recherche actuels ou des donn\u00e9es pratiques \u00e9valu\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique, afin d\u2019int\u00e9grer diff\u00e9rentes ressources de connaissance et perspectives dans les processus de d\u00e9cision et de r\u00e9flexion en contexte professionnel (cf. Brovelli et al., 2024 ; Cramer, 2020 ; Gr\u00e4sel, 2020). Le GT r\u00e9unit actuellement environ 20 membres issus de 10 institutions (hautes \u00e9coles p\u00e9dagogiques, universit\u00e9s, ainsi que des organisations de terrain et partenaires). De nouvelles et nouveaux membres sont les bienvenu\u00b7e\u00b7s en tout temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nos objectifs sont de\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>favoriser et soutenir le d\u00e9bat sur l\u2019orientation vers des donn\u00e9es probantes dans la formation enseignante, la profession enseignante et le d\u00e9veloppement scolaire ;<\/li>\n<li>stimuler, r\u00e9aliser et rendre visibles des activit\u00e9s et projets dans ce champ th\u00e9matique ;<\/li>\n<li>positionner l\u2019orientation vers des donn\u00e9es probantes comme composante d\u2019une formation enseignante professionnelle, d\u2019une action professionnelle r\u00e9flexive et d\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement scolaire efficace ;<\/li>\n<li>inscrire et \u00e9largir les \u00e9changes dans une perspective internationale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ce que nous faisons<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous mettons en r\u00e9seau des chercheur\u00b7e\u00b7s, des formateur\u00b7trice\u00b7s, des enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s, des directions d\u2019\u00e9tablissement et d\u2019autres actrices et acteurs, et cr\u00e9ons un espace pour l\u2019\u00e9change, la r\u00e9flexion et la coop\u00e9ration.<\/li>\n<li>Nous discutons des fondements et des controverses li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019orientation vers des donn\u00e9es probantes (p. ex. notion de preuve, crit\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9, transfert et utilit\u00e9).<\/li>\n<li>Nous lan\u00e7ons des formats communs tels que des mises \u00e0 jour de recherche, des symposiums, des ateliers et des contributions dans des revues sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, ainsi que des formats de transfert proches de la pratique (p. ex. revues br\u00e8ves).<\/li>\n<li>Nous renfor\u00e7ons les r\u00f4les de traduction et de m\u00e9diation entre recherche et pratique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Participer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le GT est ouvert \u00e0 tous les membres de la SSFE ainsi qu\u2019aux personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es qui s\u2019engagent pour une pens\u00e9e et une action orient\u00e9es vers des donn\u00e9es probantes dans la formation enseignante et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. Au centre se trouve la question de savoir comment mettre en dialogue l\u2019\u00e9vidence scientifique et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle afin que les d\u00e9cisions et les processus de d\u00e9veloppement soient compr\u00e9hensibles, efficaces pour les apprentissages et adaptables au contexte (swissuniversities, 2024 ; Br\u00fchwiler et al., 2024).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mode de travail et formats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le GT se r\u00e9unit au moins deux fois par an, dont une rencontre en pr\u00e9sentiel. Des formats d\u2019\u00e9change num\u00e9riques compl\u00e8tent ces r\u00e9unions (p. ex. mises \u00e0 jour de recherche). Les priorit\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques sont discut\u00e9es et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en continu au sein du groupe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formation des enseignantes et des enseignants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le champ d\u2019action \u00ab formation des enseignantes et des enseignants \u00bb, il s\u2019agit de promouvoir de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique une pens\u00e9e et une action orient\u00e9es vers des donn\u00e9es probantes dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, \u00e0 travers quatre volets : la d\u00e9finition des contenus de la formation, la conception de dispositifs d\u2019enseignement-apprentissage efficaces, l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019enseignement, ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement des curricula sur cette base. Les activit\u00e9s suivantes sont au c\u0153ur de ce champ :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e9change sur des mod\u00e8les et des bonnes pratiques d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de d\u00e9veloppement curriculaire orient\u00e9s vers des donn\u00e9es probantes ;<\/li>\n<li>discussion de questions d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de qualit\u00e9 (p. ex. quelles preuves sont pertinentes pour quels objectifs de formation) ;<\/li>\n<li>mise en visibilit\u00e9 et mise en r\u00e9seau de projets portant sur l\u2019orientation vers des donn\u00e9es probantes dans la formation des enseignantes et des enseignants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profession enseignante<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le champ d\u2019action \u00ab profession enseignante \u00bb, nous nous concentrons sur la mani\u00e8re dont les enseignantes et les enseignants peuvent mobiliser des r\u00e9sultats scientifiques et des donn\u00e9es locales (p. ex. donn\u00e9es de niveau d\u2019apprentissage, d\u2019observation ou de feedback) pour am\u00e9liorer leur pratique professionnelle \u2013 sans tomber dans une logique technocratique de \u00ab one best way \u00bb. Dans ce contexte, l\u2019orientation vers des donn\u00e9es probantes signifie notamment : comprendre les r\u00e9sultats de recherche, produire ses propres donn\u00e9es, puis s\u2019appuyer sur celles-ci pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 sa pratique et l\u2019am\u00e9liorer (Gr\u00e4sel, 2020 ; Locher, 2024). Les activit\u00e9s suivantes sont au c\u0153ur de ce champ :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e9change sur les obstacles et les conditions de r\u00e9ussite d\u2019une pratique orient\u00e9e vers des donn\u00e9es probantes applicable en contexte (p. ex. en tenant compte des conditions-cadres et des ressources de l\u2019\u00e9cole) ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9laboration et discussion de formats de transfert (p. ex. revues br\u00e8ves, impulsions pour la pratique) ;<\/li>\n<li>renforcement des r\u00f4les de m\u00e9diation entre recherche et pratique (\u00ab brokers \u00bb), dans les deux sens, ainsi que des formes de coop\u00e9ration entre \u00e9coles et hautes \u00e9coles (Shavelson, 2020).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9veloppement scolaire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le champ d\u2019action \u00ab d\u00e9veloppement scolaire \u00bb, il s\u2019agit de processus de d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019innovation orient\u00e9s vers des donn\u00e9es probantes au niveau de l\u2019\u00e9cole et du syst\u00e8me : comment fixer des objectifs, justifier des mesures, accompagner l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation et v\u00e9rifier les effets ? Ici, recherche, \u00e9valuation et d\u00e9veloppement professionnel se rejoignent \u2013 par exemple dans des d\u00e9marches de d\u00e9veloppement scolaire guid\u00e9es par les donn\u00e9es ou dans des coop\u00e9rations avec les d\u00e9partements de l\u2019Instruction publique tant au niveau administratif que politique. (swissuniversities, 2024).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e9change sur des approches de d\u00e9veloppement scolaire et d\u2019\u00e9valuation orient\u00e9es vers des donn\u00e9es probantes (p. ex. design-based research, recherche sur l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation, \u00e9valuation des effets) ;<\/li>\n<li>discussion sur la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9coles peuvent construire une culture d\u2019utilisation des preuves (culture des donn\u00e9es et du feedback) ;<\/li>\n<li>mise en r\u00e9seau avec des actrices et acteurs des directions d\u2019\u00e9tablissement, de l\u2019inspection scolaire, des d\u00e9partements de l\u2019Instruction publique et des associations professionnelles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9limitation et coop\u00e9ration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le GT s\u2019inscrit en lien avec d\u2019autres groupes de travail th\u00e9matiquement proches de la SGL. \u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence du groupe de travail \u00ab Recherche dans l\u2019enseignement \u00bb (focus : formation scientifique et travaux de qualification), nous mettons l\u2019accent sur la conception, l\u2019actualisation et le d\u00e9veloppement orient\u00e9s vers des donn\u00e9es probantes de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, de l\u2019enseignement et de l\u2019\u00e9cole, dans une perspective large de transfert et d\u2019exigence de qualit\u00e9.
